We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Use the Website and its tools (including the YouTube to MP4 Converter and Convert Audio/Video to MP3 features) strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • Download and store media files processed by our tools on your personal devices.

You may not:

  • Modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer any part of the Website or its Convert to WAV processing engine.
  • Create competing products, "clone sites," or derivative works using our services, design, or source code.
  • Reproduce, sell, or distribute the proprietary software or API access without express written authorization.
  • Use automated scripts to bulk-scrape data or overload our conversion infrastructure.

2. Copyright & User Responsibility

Respect for Intellectual Property We respect and are committed to protecting the intellectual property rights of others. TubeWAV acts solely as a technical service provider; we do not host, index, or permanently store video content.

Usage Policy & Liability Waiver

  • ⚠️ Personal & Non-Commercial Use Only: All downloaded media is for personal use only. Any unauthorized use beyond this scope—including redistributing, selling, or broadcasting converted files—may violate copyright laws.
  • User Responsibility: You must ensure that any content you process via the Youtube Downloader does not infringe upon a third party’s intellectual property. TubeWAV assumes no liability for any unauthorized or improper use of our services; users bear sole responsibility for complying with all applicable laws.

For Creators: #downloadprohibited Mechanism 📵 Preventing Downloads: We provide a proactive tool for creators. If you want to prevent others from downloading your video via TubeWAV, simply add the hashtag #downloadprohibited to your video's description or tags on YouTube. Our system will automatically detect this and block access.

3. Copyright Infringement Claims (DMCA)

If you are the owner of a copyrighted work or an authorized agent thereof, and you believe that any content is being accessed or converted through this Website without authorization, please send an email to support@tubewav.com (subject line: “Copyright Infringement Notice”).

Your notice should include the following information so that we can process it promptly:

  1. Identification of the Copyrighted Work: Provide a clear description of the work (e.g., "The song [Title] by [Artist]").
  2. Location of the Material: Identify the specific original URL (e.g., the YouTube video link) that you wish to block from our YouTube to MP4 Converter.
  3. Contact Information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use has not been authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Accuracy Statement: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
  6. Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized representative.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

We have a zero-tolerance policy toward infringers. If the same user (identified by account or IP address) is the subject of three good-faith and valid copyright infringement complaints within a six-month period, we will terminate that user’s access to and use of the TubeWAV platform.

5. DMCA Compliance and Notification

Although we operate globally, we voluntarily comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(2), if you believe that our Youtube to Wav tool is being used to infringe upon your copyrighted material, you may follow the notice procedure described above by emailing support@tubewav.com. Please include all necessary information so that we can promptly process and evaluate your claim.

6. Counter-Notification

If your access to convert a specific URL has been disabled due to a copyright infringement complaint, and you believe that the content is not infringing or was blocked due to an error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.

You may send an email to support@tubewav.com. A valid counter-notification should include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature;
  2. Identification of the material (URL) that was disabled;
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was disabled as a result of error or misidentification;
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your provided address;
  5. A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original infringement notice or from their agent.

Once we receive a valid counter-notification, and if permitted by law, we will forward it to the complaining party, and may restore the conversion capability for that URL within a reasonable time (typically 10-14 business days).
